BEYA Marketing provides creative, digital, media, marketing, and strategic services. By using this website or purchasing services from BEYA, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

02 — Services

Services are provided based on the scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing agreed upon between BEYA and the client.

Some services may be purchased directly through a project inquiry, while larger or more complex projects may require a consultation before work begins.

03 — Project Scope

The agreed project scope defines what is included in the service. Requests outside the original scope may require additional fees or a separate agreement.

04 — Payments

Payment requirements, deposits, balances, and payment deadlines will be communicated before work begins.

For projects requiring a deposit, work may not begin until the required payment has been received.

05 — Revisions

The number of revisions included in a project will depend on the service or package selected. Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

06 — Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, materials, approvals, files, access, and feedback necessary to complete the project.

Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect the project timeline.

07 — Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms will depend on the service and stage of the project. Work that has already been completed or delivered may not be refundable.

Any specific cancellation or refund terms agreed upon for a project will take precedence over general website information.

08 — Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, BEYA retains ownership of its original concepts, working files, unused designs, processes, and materials created during the project.

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives the rights to the final deliverables specifically agreed upon in the project scope.

BEYA may display completed work in its portfolio, website, and social media unless a separate confidentiality agreement has been established.

09 — Third-Party Services

BEYA may use third-party platforms and services when completing projects, such as website platforms, scheduling tools, hosting providers, payment processors, or other digital services.

Third-party platforms are subject to their own terms and policies.

10 — Consultations

Consultations are intended to discuss project needs, goals, scope, and potential services. A consultation does not automatically create a client relationship or guarantee that BEYA will accept a project.

11 — Website Content

All content on the BEYA website, including text, graphics, branding, images, and design elements, belongs to BEYA or is used with appropriate permission and may not be reproduced or used without authorization.

12 — Limitation of Liability

BEYA will make reasonable efforts to provide services as agreed. However, BEYA is not responsible for losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including third-party platform failures, technical issues, delays caused by missing client materials, or changes made by third-party services.

13 — Changes to These Terms

BEYA may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
